Returns โ Physical Products
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Itโs returned in the original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the buyerโs responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds โ Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something broken or not what you ordered?
Weโll fix it fast โ just send us a photo and description within 48 hours of delivery.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for downloads unless:
- You were charged but didnโt receive access
- There was a technical error on our end
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
